· set-up of the instruments
· check data logging for pulse output (BNC) and internal output with corrections· particle free runs to check for leaks
· check plateau by 40 nm
· Check Dp50 by 10nm – possibly calibration for fine tuning of the CPCs
· Check Dp50 by 7nm
· CPC efficiency curve No.1 (if there are timely constrains this will be done on Wednesday)
· Overnight CPC intercomparison with lab air
· CPC efficiency curve No.2: check whether curve No.1 is reproduceable
· Linearity 2000 to 60000 #/cm3
· Overnight CPC intercomparison with ambient air
Day 3: Second intercomparison
· Response time
· Discussion of the results
· Possibly additional measurements and repetitions of calibrations
Day 4: Final Intercomparison
· Set-up for the long-time measurements (one week until 08.06.21); ambient aerosol
· Departure of the guests on Friday
Additional Information
1. Some important rules due the COVID-19 situation
Please show the result of a quick test, not older than 24h, at your arrival on 25th May.
On Wednesday and Friday, you will get tests from WCCAP/TROPOS. Please use them before the workshop. Please use an FFP2 mask during the whole workshop. Due to the situation (COVID-19) and the usage of our interim laboratory there is limited space. So only one person per institute/company is allowed to take part in the workshop.

3. Shipping of Instruments to TROPOS
The instruments have to be at TROPOS until 25.Mai 2021, 9 am.
If you have to send instruments, please do so that they arrive at TROPOS latest until Friday, 21st May. This is because Monday, 24th May is holiday in Germany.
Please coordinate the shipping with us. The shipping address is:

Due to spatial limitation only one person and maximum two instruments per institute/company are allowed. Please be sure that the instruments are ready to use. There will be no possibility to repair instruments. Please bring also your own data recording systems (Laptops etc.).
4. Getting to WCCAP at TROPOS.
The WCCAP is hosted at Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS).

Please be advised that Leipzig has a Low Emission Zone in place which includes the Science Park where TROPOS/WCCAP is located.

To enter the Science Park you have to pass our guards at the entrance. They will be informed about the workshop. Please tell us the name of the person from your institute/company, who will join the workshop. We will give these information to the guards so that you are registered.
